Some old petition threads that had little response have been locked -
some others were incorrectly locked -
mind your own business Aussie until the housekeeping is finished.

Who is stuffing this up by incorrectly locking Threads?

The only Petition Threads which have not lapsed are those commenced since Redneck was elected as EL. The rest can be assigned to The Dungeon as they are over.....for now.
