Level 4 is everyone stays at home...no-one goes out unless they are emergency workers....
Everything shuts down....
They wont give anyone any notice as everyone will stampede the shops for food etc....
The announcement will be made over the weekend....probably sunday…..

EDIT: One of the most annoying things is that every time I go to the supermarket they are out of trolley wipes and hand sanitiser. It's a joke. I carry my own hand sanitiser but I would like to wipe the trolley down before I go pushing it around and it should be their responsibility to make sure they always have these things replenished!

I just got home from running some errands and doing some shopping. It's a jungle out there!

The roads were clogged and the shopping centre was busy. I saw 2 or 3 masks out of thousands and they were being worn by Chinese who always wear masks in winter anyway.

Groups in cafes eating lunch together and no real sign of social distancing.

Doesn't matter what the government says. People will do what they want to do and ignore it anyway.

At least you don't have 428 new cases today as we have in Melbourne.

A little bird told me that Melbourne will be in level 4 lockdown by Monday......

That could mean that only jobs deemed essential will be attended
hospitals,
power stations,
water supplies,
gas companies
supermarkets,
petrol stations,
pharmacies,
police.

etc.

I don't know - I'm speculating.

Quite honestly, the deep and broad existing knowledge of these HCG effects makes the nay-saying about HCG trivially tantamount to outright scientific/medical fraud and possibly genocidal "crimes against humanity".
