my friends son and wife live somewhere inthe lockdown area their home looks down on a small beach.which by all accounts
is not used that much until now.. and they tell us every day the beach is crowded probably young bullet proof drinkers.. who knows I told him to dob them in

perhaps a fine or two will be a nice wake up call.... maybe give them an IGNORANCE TICKET as well whilst they are at it..
