our courts are full to overflowing now

imagine if this came to fruition ... every second one would be in court.,..

lol... forget it guys... I do recall when Gough was sued for something or other they brought in a law that said if that happened...the govt would pay their costs all of them..

you can forget them paying for anything......

Councils can be sued. I expect federal and state governments also. They probably have the same duty of care as individuals. But you can't sue an individual just because you disagree with them.

Both major parties should be sued and taken to task at least for immigration if not anything else.

If they commit a crime, we can go for them.
If their decision cause harm to you, I believe you can sue under common law.

We have the protections but we need to will and the money to take them on.
