Bobby, you need to grow up mate, if kids were out late at night loitering, misbehaving....cops would spook them or kick them up the ass and return them home, or relocated them to an inconvenient location so they'd have to walk a long way home.
Abbos or Pinkies..... they weren't mollycoddled the way they are today, hence our problems with youth crime.
Gnads on Ozpol is correct, you are defeatist, and very clearly don't like cops much either.

We're talking 30 years ago mate, much has changed unfortunately since then when it comes to youth crime management.
Take Alice Springs for instance, great place
We are too soft on all crime!
Fact.
Solution = re- open institutions, prisons, youth detention, psychiatric.
