As long as people in other places view OZ as a nice place or good destination, they will come.
If you want to stop people coming here, you need to convince them this is a horrible place inhabited by horrible people.

I haven't the time nor energy to read EVERY post, carefully.
Some posters I ignore due to past experiences.
Those that interest me get my interest, those that don't get ignored. Simple strategy.
Many people use it, or haven't you noticed?
