You're logic is impure.

If 0.18C is significant 0.04C is significant on a per decade impact. just under 1/4 of the trend in the 90s.

If your logic is pure it would go something like this:
1. Wow we are still pumping loads of shit into the atmosphere that should increase the GHGs and therefore temperature
2. Wow we are still pump smog and shit in as well and that may reflect energy back to space
3. Wow we didn't understand that the oceans can absorb so much energy... fuck... glad we are starting to model that
4. Wow if there is a natural variation of the sun or an earth cycle at the moment is real and that is counteracting all the GHG effect on temperature and that is the reason for a stall in the temperature increase relative to the old projection, we are fucked when that handbrake come off.

I understand national variation. I don't think you do. If that is the reason for the trend in the last 15 years... wait for the variation to return to the middle point and hell don't be here when the variation goes to the other extreme.

I changed it before you posted this. It's spelt correctly... it's just the wrong word. Bloody spellchecker needs to understand ,my intent rather than the random letters I type.
