He's probably just checking the accommodation there and planning to move some of the medical people from Nauru/Manus or wherever they currently are. I saw that 57 of the asylum seekers have been rejected from Australia because they are criminals. They want to come here for "medical reasons", or something, probably more constipation problems, they need more fibre in their diet. Good fun, hey?

I wonder how much this will cost to fly his big jet over there for a photo shoot?

Also I see we are now in a technical recession according to todays figures !

Did he actually go to Christmas Island today? I read that the Boss Cocky of Christmas Island (David somebody?) said it hadn't been "confirmed".
Oh, there's a Recession on the way and the Economists are blaming it on Tony Abbott, or Morrison or someone but it has happened since Turncoat got the heave-ho, so it isn't Mal's fault.
