The thrust of this article is quite blatant...
Your boss can demand you be vaccinated against covid....well...depending on the job...

What is the clear incentive if a business could go broke due to lack of clientele...
How many clients will change businesses if they themselves have to be vaccinated to enter the
premises of the business...
What if a business has say 20 employees and 10 of them dont want the jab...
Do they all get sacked...
It would seem after reading the articles, that an employers duty of care supersedes
an employees right to say "I dont want the jab.."
It will be interesting to see if the Federal Governments proposed Omnibus Bill
is actually passed and in what capacity.
Will it weaken employees rights...
I feel casual employees and persons working in businesses with less than 15 staff
will be screwed...
Currently, you can be sacked for any/no reason if you have worked for less than 12 months
with a business of less than 15 employees...
Not consenting to a jab will be an excuse for an "unsuitable" employee to be punted...
Of course he/she wouldnt be told that...
The reason for the dismissal...pardon the pun...would be "doctored"...
AS it is now and has been for some time...
The workers will suffer...the bosses will have more power and the
lawyers will be counting the dollars...and the Unions will join in....
At least this topic is now raising its ugly head...
