This is all about indemnity.
Not long ago, the AMA were raising questions with the Federal Government about
indemnity for GPs who gave the jab and could maybe face litigation for vaccine injuries.
No mention was made of the establishment of a vaccine injury compensation
scheme.
Suddenly the subject of indemnity was raised last Monday at the National Cabinet
meeting where the need for indemnity was "noted"
Dr Jeanette Young has now come out and stated that she would not be responsible
for an 18 year old dying from the jab.
Palaszczuk is insisting that in the UK, AZ is not recommended for under 40 year olds.
Daniel Andrews has stated today that maybe at some stage in the future lockdowns
will not occur because if people didnt want to protect themselves by getting the
jab, then thats on their shoulders.
Maybe Andrews has spent his time off work getting his ducks in a row.
Morrison has suggested that aged care workers will be mandated to have their
first jab by September. It remains questionable as to whether their families will
also be mandated to get the jab also. This would appear to be legally impossible.
I will go out on a limb and say that there will be no vaccine injury compensation
system in Australia whilst GPs will be protected.
The state premiers are all covering their arses due to information they have
received about the Delta strain, whilst attempting to cover up continuous
leaks from hotel quarantine.
Jeanette Young is concerned about the effects of AZ on the young.
Her appointment as Governor would be in serious jeopardy if an 18 yo
died from AZ. She is not taking any chances.
When politicians grant indemnity to GPs and themselves, the public are
the ones that take all the risks.
We are the lab rats.
We have no indemnity.
All we are given is the promise of symptom suppression...
Thats all....
The rest is a raffle...

Re: This is all about indemnity.
The federal government has signed indemnity deals with two COVID-19 vaccine suppliers, including the University of Oxford, for the AstraZeneca jab, against liability for rare side-effects.
The details of the deals are unclear, but it appears the government would cover the bill for compensation if a member of the public won legal action against the drug company.

Most Aussies would not be able to afford the cost of the law suit.

Good link BO.
I just watched Q&A which was about Covid and getting the vax.
Not a word about the people who have died
or suffered injuries after getting their vaccine.

The government has been ducking and weaving about AZ since day 1....
This fool cannot possibly inspire confidence....
Every time he flaps his gums all we get is spin and bullshit....
Move over Scumo....give the janitor a go at running the country....
Youve fucked it completely.....
"The change came after a rush review by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) that advises on the vaccine strategy and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)."
A "Rush review".....
FFS...
The rest of the world must be laughing their tits off at Scumo and his clown show....

At least the AstraZeneca is not made of mRNA.
It's the one I'd get if I had the choice.

Re: This is all about indemnity.
No mention today by Scumo of the mandatory direction to aged care workers
to have the jab by September...(and their families)
No mention today by Scumo of the need for a vaccine injury compensation
claim scheme...
Of course there wont be a VICS...
Because for Scumo to introduce or even discuss this topic, people would
start asking questions as to why a VICS is necessary if the jab is so good....????
A VICS would be self defeating...therefore it wont happen...!!!!
Just give the indemnity to GPs...
No mention of any of this by Scumo.....or the media....
BUT wait....Scumo is talking about covid being treated like the flu....
..and talking about reporting hospital admissions rather than case numbers...
BUT ooops....
I am digressing.....
A four stage plan...
Yeah..right...
AND almost immediately (contrary to the suggestion that one day there
will be no lockdowns....)....Qld extends lockdown and Gladys hints at an extension....
The mind boggles.....

I got my AstraZeneca jab today.
It didn't hurt at all.
I went to a mass vaccination center and it took 1.5 hours from the time
I parked my car till I returned to my car.
There must have been 1,000 people there.
I feel fine so far.
