Bastille Day

Post by billy the kid » Wed Jul 14, 2021 11:56 am

Bastille Day is celebrated by the French throughout the world on the 14th July...
It is a national holiday in France and celebrates the actions of a mob of frenchmen,
tired of the rule of their King who stormed a prison (The Bastille) to get weapons and free prisoners.
It marked the beginning of the French Revolution....
Some reports state that 32,000 weapons were seized as the mob swarmed all over
the prison looking for gunpowder.
Why did the revolution start...
Rumour has it that was because an out of touch monarch was oppressing the
masses.

Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette spent extravagantly as unemployment and famine spread in their country. For the French particularly, Louis' many failings coupled with high taxes and higher food prices was all the spark that was needed.
The revolution went well for the people, not so much for the king and his queen – Marie Antoinette. They would both be executed by the end of that year. A new document that grew out of the revolution, known as the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, served as a constitution and proclaim the rights of French citizens.
Of course none of this would be taught in Australian schools...
Rather, our children are taught politics and left wing garbage
and LGBTQI crap...
And of course, we cant suggest for one minute that revolutions solve anything....
The plebs might get ideas..... :rofl

I think the Cubans were protesting too.....
Of course Australians wouldnt riot...we wouldnt object in any way shape or form...
Why not...
Because we are too spineless...
We are without spine...
We have no spine.....
We just cower under a draconian rule...
Welcome to slavery... Australian style...

Just like our politicians, ex politicians, senior public servants and counsellors sped like its not their money.

We need a revolution to get these morons under control.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream
