I have never seen a butt so huge in my life. Why do people find it attractive? Surely it's not real but why would anyone have surgery to make it that way?

The human barbie doll had breast implants which emphasises her tiny waste. She is a very slight person. It's possible the buttock implants would do the same thing.

It's not as if males don't do similar to their bodies, but do they do it for themselves or to attract women? Even waxing their whole body a couple of times a week would be a huge chore.
