The prosecutor advised he wont be able to have it withdrawn all together, the minimal conditions are the best he can hope for.


Not sure why this is, perhaps criminal history check and psychological assessment results along with other documented incident reports related to behaviour, subpoenas etc???

Not sure, just have been advised the minimum conditions will be applied.

Perhaps his barrister like so many are leading him up a garden path in order to gain himself?

They aren't a stranger to this, especially if they intrinsically know their client isn't a good person.

Who could blame them.

Lawyers aren't silly people, they generally know exactly what their client is, and like most of us, care about children.

Sorry to read about your ongoing legal issues. I cannot fathom your ex partner's reasoning unless he is holding out for withdrawal of the IVO.

The UK would suit me.

And Thanks to everyone who provided some really good advice re-court

I'm feeling optimistic both parties will come to an agreement, and hopefully settle the IVO matter out of court
If not, and we have to return to court, we have a decent break anyway and current orders remain in place.
