Well - I used that other piece of beef in a curry tonight - it was splendid.
It was simmered for 90 minutes and was tender and delicious.
Beef, red capsicum, onions with Basmati rice.

Last night I had a tin of Chunky Beef & Vegetables - cold and out of the tin with spoon.
