I zapp 4 in the microwave for 7 minutes, then let them cool.
I hate burnt tastebuds, especially from people who make scalding cups of tea or coffee

that you can't sip em until 15 minutes have passed at the least.

Hi BO. Do you find those 'easy meal' packets filling enough for the price they charge?
They feel like snacks to me. I need at least three to feel like I got a full plate's worth.

They're more than enough for me. While I'm recovering they're way too much lol. I'm eating about half right now

I get frozen gourmet pies from Coles.
4 minutes in the microwave on defrost then
30 minutes in a fan forced electric oven on 170 C.
One pie is enough with a small potato sliced into fine pieces.

We usually get a family pie with mash potato and peas from butcher in town, 25-30minutes at 180C in oven, excellent tucker.
