Looks good to me too. I'm more of a salad on the side person though. I rarely eat potatoes (unless they come in a bag ie chips) rice or pasta.

I went shopping today so I bought a couple of prawn and cucumber sushi while I was out. That will do me! Lazy nowadays lol.

I did a LOT of walking so I don't want to be standing around in the kitchen tonight. 8-)

Sushi would be good for a diet.
I find only a couple fill me up and it's such delicious food.

I can roll sushi but prefer to eat cured fish in more traditional way.

Cured salmon and barramundi with rye bread and greens.

I also make dill mustard sauce using hot mustard better then wassabi imho.

I just had a dinky die, true blue, early Aussie dinner -
lamb chops and veg.
Simple and easy to prepare.

I had avoided Coles apples for many months now as I was always disappointed.

I just tried two Fuji apples from Coles bought 3 days ago - $4.90 per kilo - both flowery - and no good.
They should be fresh - this season -
they must be one year old kept in Nitrogen cold storage?
I was ripped off -
that's why I only ever buy 2 apples at a time.
If they were picked this summer season they shouldn't be more than 1 month old -
they'd still be crisp.

Here is a picture of one half of 2 different apples.
The one on the left was already slightly brown in colour as soon as it was cut open.

Here's a macro shot of the one on the left:

Here's the other one:

Adding sausages, steak, bacon, fried egg, tomatoes or baked beans and it would be old fashion breakfast mix grill they served in road houses out west when the world was young.

The apple would be useful going to political rallies.

Chicken wings tonight, I am gong to put them in vegemite marinade now.

Vegemite marinade:
Combine garlic, soy, brown sugar, chilli and vegemite with hot water, mix well.
