I have an almost 1 year old Huawei phone and am am about to take it into JB to have them install an SD card.

How much is worthwhile, more the better?

A friend of mine advised I go medium, as it's better value for what I need.

Any thoughts?

If you store a lot of photos or apps on it the bigger the better I would imagine!

I am of the 'less is more' mindset.

1/ Have you run out of space on your current phone ?
2/ Can you download all that stuff on to your laptop or whatever ?

I am also hesitant to spend much on updates or much on repairs.
Keep in mind though, i have a samsung galaxy mini S4.
They are up to S9 now but mine still works perfectly well

I have trillions of pics and clips.... just trying to transfer apps, but some aren't able to be moved.

Will transfer pics and clips instead to SD card to free up space for more apps instead.

Pain in the ass, but its a cheap phone so....

Re- my laptop. Too scared to turn it on in case it releases viruses lol. Seriously in need of updates, haven't turned it on since I left Melbourne this time last year.

What if you took your laptop to a computer specialist?
Get that fixed.

If your phone is a cheap one, I would be very disinclined to spend anything on it.
I've been a tech for 35 years fixing everything. Don't spend anything on old assets or cheap assets
Better to buy a brand new samsung S5 or 6.

I don't know what a J5 is over an S5.

The handsome guy at JB installed the SD card for me.

I will definitely be getting a Samsung at some stage in the near future.

Ha ha,ha no, I think they just help anyone who asks lol.

I'm starting to get tendonitis in my thumb, so going to have to update my laptop asap.
