Something I've never had the urge to do - then there's their landings and other associated crashes in a fiery ball of flames

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

No, but I would stuff Africans inside and shoot the balloon with .22 LR.

It is a very enjoyable experience.
You float along with plenty of time to actually take in the beautiful scenery.
You are not so high tgat you cannot make out the details, and yet high enough to see more than what you see on the ground.
It's like going to an ever changing lookout.
It's really worth trying.
Millions of flights in the world every day, with only the occasional accident.
You are in far more danger driving a car or eating at a restaurant.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

A bit claustrophobic for my liking.

As someone I knew in the Army suggested, "what is the point in jumping out of a perfectly good, working aeroplane?"
And he had, as part of his duties, jumped many times from aircraft of various kinds and sizes.
Personally, sky diving doesn't interest me. I had several friends who were interested in it. One had a sister who was a skydiving instructor. She (my friend) went out to skydive the day a skydiver had a "candle" parachute. She still went up and skydived, despite watching them clean the parachutist off the landing ground.
Hot air ballooning? I have done so, once. It was an interesting experience. The worst point was when I realised that I was too tall for the basket and my hair was being singed everytime the pilot lit the burners. I had to slump down to avoid that. I did it over Canberra back in the late 1980s. We nearly crashed into the DFAT building. Nice breakfast afterwards.
