Post reporting

Post by Redneck » Wed Jan 19, 2022 9:44 am

Yesterday a member went crazy and reported 49 posts.

This resulted in the forum lit up like a Christmas tree with reports and took well over an hour to clean up. Because of the numbers some were ultimately deleted en mass.

If you feel there are a lot of posts that need reporting perhaps a single PM to the EL or Mod is suggested, and I dont mean a PM listing 49 posts.

This forum is noted for generally allowing freedom of speech so some abuse between members is tolerated or action is taken by the mods privately if excessive.

Said member has been given a weeks holiday.

I reported specific abuse by PM to you and you have done nothing. You didn’t even REPLY to my PMs.

This is why I would rather people do not report others posts as all it does is start a tit for tat session of reporting each other.

To take that verse from the bible

"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone!"
