I think they should be allowed to come back one day
if they promise to be good with public posts on other forums:

to start interesting new threads,
to stop whinging and whining all the time.
to stop trolling other members.

Well if they come back I am seriously thinking of resigning on the spot then and there !

they got to me -
I couldn't stand them anymore at one stage
so I banned them too.
