That's a Top Shelf price range. People will pay a couple of hundred for good stuff.

$500+ price tags are not Top Shelf.
They're a hold new Premier League of themselves.
Yep agree.
It’s same with sunglasses, pricey up to $1000 or nice polarised ones for $40
I go for polarised any day.

My favourite is Chanel no. 5. Also L’Air du Temps and J'Adore. I don't use perfume every day though.

A female I work with said on Saturday night that she's wearing Chanel No 5.
It must be popular.

I wear Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds and Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue mainly but also one or two others including White Musk. I have worn White Diamonds for over 20 years and it is still my favorite.

Hey Rosie :wub how are you doing? I feel like it’s been ages since visiting that part of the bay of Qld.
But we’re thinking of going further up with caravan especially to see Innisfail history of sugar cane cutters as my grand dad worked there before ww2, so we will catch up en route to see how much the place has changed. We can have a cuppa and punt at pokies like we used to :-)

That white diamonds is an Elizabeth Taylor perfume.
There’s so many celebs now inventing their own scents to sell. I must admit I like Michael Buble “By invitation” was only about $38 if I recall. It’s not bad at all… if you get a chance try the tester out.

I got Michael’s scent out to use …
Took a pic coz I love perfume bottles! I’ve collected a few (all empty now) and put them in a row on my dressing table as an artistic effect.

Hi Sophia, You are right it has been ages since we had a gettogether and it would be lovely to see you. The place has changed so much over the past few years you wouldn't recognise it. I have always hated driving and never take my car into town. The best thing we ever did was move out here away from the madding crowd. The latest talk is of a 22 story complex to be built in Torquay on the esplanade, hopefully that won't happen. I go to the RSL every Saturday afternoon for a punt on the pokies, always think positive and usually come home in front or at least with what I went with.

Keep me posted as to when you will be up this way.

That’s ridiculous a 22 story complex!
It’s ruining the place.
I remember about 20 years ago how calming and peaceful it was there. So captivating the peace of the sea.
Dang, it’s just so sad.
The other place I felt was peaceful was … can’t remember … something Gate….
Geez I just go look up a map.
Anyway… just beautiful seaside quiet peace it was.
Hope it’s not ruined.
I recall going off the main road half hour on way from Bundaberg…

That would have been Woodgate, I have never been there but think it hasn't changed much.

Yes! Woodgate!
I’m glad to hear it’s staying a dozy little place… so unspoilt it was … hope still is unspoilt.

Re: how busy it’s become where you are, even here where I’ve lived forever has changed a lot! So much traffic!
I remember when I got my licence, and driving to the station … it was a narrow one car bitumen road… no cars for miles, except one or two encounters opposit direction, which meant we both had to put two lhs wheels on gravel to pass each other. Then back on bitumen with all 4 wheels again. Oh days of wild abandon!
No speed restrictions either. I could get to station car park in 10 minutes.
Now it’s 60 K all the way… takes over 20 mins with traffic and lights and speed restriction.
