Trump is a Poker player.
He never shows his hand and the Media hates that because they want to be in control.
I don't think Trump knows what he means - he's a bit senile.

"All warfare is based on deception," (c) Sun Tzu

Misdirection and Ambiguity: Confusing the enemy about true locations or intentions.
Feigning Weakness/Strength: Appearing weak when strong to lure opponents in, or appearing strong when weak to intimidate.
Decoys and Disinformation: Using dummy equipment or false reports to distort reality.
Exploiting Cognitive Biases: Reinforcing what the enemy expects to see, rather than forcing them to change their thinking.

Exactly Tallo.
Trump has fooled, hoodwinked and confused his opponents since 2016.
He can't be bought, won't be bought.
His opponents, like the mainstream Media and Democrats hate this, because they play the game where they can be bought and buy others in their corrupt game. They can't manipulate him and thus he shows the world how they lie and fabricate in desperation to do so.

The guy is a genius because he keeps it simple stupid which trips up the corrupt Left who needs to make simple honest things more complicated than they really are, just so they can falsely appear more sophisticated than they really are.

He also knows that the role of a President is to be the last say and supreme power. Not the establishment (that's Great Britain) or the People (that's Australia) and hence his success.
Puppet Biden showed the failure of being such.

The mainstream Media hate him, because they can't control him because he knows that real Politics is not the property of the Media (like Music is).
65,000 people on Facebook asked him to run for President and he did so purely for this reason. He believed in the people's choice. It wasn't a selfish personal ambition. He merely served.
The Left hate him for this also, because they are about selfish ambition and he makes them look bad at every turn of the card.

America needed a hero and little Hobbit Trump stepped up.
Even when they knocked him down, sent him broke and threatened Gaol - he just weathered it and won again.

The guy has character. He's made Politics Great viewing in America, better than any movie or sitcom the Lefty Media can come up with and they hate him for that too.

Like a thief of Baghdad - he stole America out from under the corrupt Left. What a naughty little Hobbit burglar he is. ;)

I don't see how they can win this war unless they put over 1 million troops
on the ground and take over Iran.
That would mean large allied losses and another forever war
like Afghanistan and also Iraq which created ISIS.
Trump is not prepared to do that.

Also on the present course I don't see how the war can proceed
without blowing up the whole Persian Gulf due to Iran's missiles and drones.

Mar 25, 2026  The Jimmy Dore Show PODCAST

During a recent TV appearance, Col. Douglas Macgregor's suggested that Russia has likely delivered a jarring ultimatum to Israel, warning that if Israel uses nuclear weapons against Iran, Russia will retaliate in kind. Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger examine Israel's "Samson Option,” which threatens massive nuclear retaliation if the state faces existential destruction, and note that Israel possesses an estimated 90-200 nuclear warheads with a full triad delivery system.

Jimmy contrasts Iran's restrained warfare, which deliberately targets military infrastructure while avoiding civilian casualties, with Israeli leaders like Netanyahu who explicitly invoke biblical genocide against "Amalek." He warns that the U.S. is being dragged into a war it cannot win, and that if Trump follows through on threats to bomb Iranian power plants, Iran will destroy Gulf energy infrastructure, triggering a global economic depression worse than the 1930s.

The U.S. SF military units recently deployed to the Middle East against Iran:

◾160th SOAR (Night Stalkers): Elite helicopter unit that secretly inserts and extracts special forces, often at night, using highly skilled pilots and modified aircraft.
◾75th Ranger Regiment: Light infantry force for rapid raids, airfield seizures, and direct combat missions against high-value targets.
◾Delta Force (1st SFOD-D): Top-tier counterterrorism and hostage rescue unit, focused on high-risk, precision missions and targeting high-value individuals.
◾1st Special Forces Group (1st SFG): Works mainly in Asia-Pacific; trains allied forces, conducts unconventional warfare, and supports insurgencies or partner militaries.
◾5th Special Forces Group (5th SFG): Focused on the Middle East; specializes in counterterrorism, unconventional warfare, and advising local forces.
◾U.S. Navy SEALs: Maritime-focused special operations—raids, reconnaissance, direct action, and covert missions from sea, air, or land.
Plus 2,200 Marines from the 31st Expeditionary Unit.

Mission:
◾Islands inside or near the Strait of Hormuz — small but strategically vital islands Iran uses to control shipping lanes. U.S. special forces could seize them quickly to reopen the strait.
◾Kharg Island — Iran’s main oil-export terminal. Capturing or destroying it would cripple Iran’s oil revenue.
◾Iranian nuclear facilities or other high-value sites — possible raids to destroy enriched uranium stockpiles or related infrastructure.

Yes - that's the plan.

Iran wants 5 conditions to end the war:

https://www.dawn.com/news/1985253

A complete halt to “aggression and assassinations” by the enemy

The establishment of concrete mechanisms to ensure that the war is not reimposed on the Islamic Republic

Guaranteed and clearly defined payment of war damages and reparations

The conclusion of the war across all fronts and for all resistance groups involved throughout the region

International recognition and guarantees regarding Iran’s sovereign right to exercise authority over the Strait of Hormuz
