I was reading a post from an American newspaper about Biden.
Apparently his minders have to keep a close watch on him at all times, dragging him away when he starts losing it.
He also seems to have moments of excess energy and animation.
Could he be on some sort of upper?
Could be why he wears the sun glasses so often, to hide his pupils from the cameras.
