Very confusing medical evidence so far. If that remains the case.....and confusion reigns supreme, he ought be acquitted. (I admit a bias towards him.............he is the Queensland Health scape goat. I hope he is acquitted, and somehow manages to restore his life/career which is probably a hopeless ambition.)

Well.....it is over, for now. We await the song of The Fat Lady. From what the Media reported of Judge Fryberg's 'summing up,' odds are shortening on an acquittal. But, I have been there, done that a zillion times. Anything is odds on.

It is the right time for me to say that I stand by my long held and voiced view. Queensland Health set him up to work his zealous surgical arse off.....and he did exactly that. Oooops....someone died after his surgery about which there is peer professional uncertainty, and differing views.

That will be my view, no matter the verdict.

It's the only one he has been tried on. Yes....there are potentially other Trials, but I doubt the DPP will take them on. He would have lead off with his best chance, the one he just lost.

We'll get some indication on Friday.
