Al-Shabab are to busy trying not to get explosively disassembled by CIA-drone launched Hellfires to be much of an actual threat to anyone outside of Somalia. And that's only if they aren't getting there asses kicked by other rival factions in Somalia. Seriously, these guys are like the Three Stooges of Islamic terrorists.
