It's a bit hard to tell on that map, but each square represents 500,000 population, and I'm assuming the colours represent population density, or something.

It really just shows how irrelevant Australia really is or how lucky we could be with a whole continent to build the best country in the world for it's people.

Imagine when we have the technology to use the inland better. (I guess at pour current rate we should sell the desert to the Arabs because they can work it.)
