A little seven year old girl has died in a hospital in Adelaide after waiting for six hours to be examined by a
doctor and then another two and a half hours before an operation occurred.
The link point out that 60 people were waiting in emergency area
which had a capacity for about 30.
This is an absolute disgrace.
This should not happen in Australia.
(South Australia is the state where they are trialling CCTV cameras in aged care nursing
homes in an attempt to stop sexual/physical abuse of residents.)
What is happening in this country for parents to have to wait this long to have a little
girl, who is in obvious pain, examined and operated on.
What is happening in this country where our aged have to be observed by CCTV
in an attempt to protect them from assault
I suppose the waiting room was chockfull of conjob19 patients, seeking medical
attention or a jab for a virus that is almost non existent.
We have a media who has bleated for days and days about a multi millionaire
who has died on the other side of the planet and how many people are weeping and wailing
and gnashing their teeth due to his sad loss....
AND yet in Adelaide a little 7 year old has passed away due to an over burdonned
health system.
This is indeed the lucky country, isnt it....
The land of milk and honey.....
WAS maybe.....WAS.....
