A close friend and work colleague of the perpetrator said he did it because authorities refused to extend his visa a 6th or 7th time.
He had been staying in Australia on various temporary visas, work, study, holiday, finally we decided that he wasn't staying in Australia for legitimate purposes.

I said that it was likely that he would have boarded a plane back to China within hours of the incident to begin with, but it seems our immigration and police weren't interested in finding out who he was until he had already left the country and then according to China, disappeared altogether.

Police are investigating the death of Jordan Tankard, 29, who is believed to have had a drug overdose at the Brewery Tap Hotel at Warrenheip, Ballarat.
He was a white tradesman, father of one young son, was a quiet and hard working bloke according to hotels staff who had been providing him with accomidation at their adjoining motel for the last 3 months.

He had been violently assaulted ,shoulder broken and battered prior to his cardiac arrest, police initially referred to as a straightforward drug overdose.

And now young gentle 14 year old Cassius Turvey, who was murdered by both white trash meth-heads and a horribly flawed healthcare system which failed this family terribly

His mother knew something was not right, he was discharged prematurely and went home only to have a seizure due to two brain bleeds which an MRI before being discharged could have prevented.

This family deserves serious compensation and the white - trash that bashed him with a metal bar should never be released from prison.

Time we made prisons for criminals like this far less safe and comfortable too.

Got a toothache in prison and are incarcerated because you raped and or murdered a child, then too bad.
