When you're young - it's easy to indulge in drugs and alcohol with your peers, but as you mature and have a family this usually wanes and you start to know exactly what your body can cope with.

It amazes me that so many celebrities/superstars who have to be credited with a few brains, appear to believe themselves infallible and overdose on cocktails of drugs and alcohol. I feel sorry for her daughter who was very close to her. How could Houston be so selfish? Surely at 48 she would know her body's limitations - unless it was intentional?

These people have got rehabs and doctors at their fingertips, yet continue to obliterate themselves.
