Abu Lebdeh has been charged with threatening violence to a group, using a carriage service to threaten to kill and using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.
The 26-year-old has been on bail with conditions prohibiting her from leaving Australia or using social media.

"The video ... was recorded without his (Nadir's) knowledge," Khatiz said outside court.
"We will apply to have it excluded."

If the application is successful, it could leave prosecutors with little other evidence to rely on in their cases against the nurses.

The case was adjourned for eight weeks to enable federal prosecutors to serve the brief of evidence.
Prosecutors plan to take the case to the District Court, where the nurses could face a jury trial and, if convicted, stiffer penalties.

Essentially, when you break it down, ideology aside, we have two health care professionals employed by NSW health, our government, who have made public threats to harm and violently kill innocent vulnerable people, patients. They've disgraced their profession's, this affair reflects poorly on all Australian nurses, rendering them less professional than they are.

This suits the government, their goal is to render nurses and teachers equal to tradies, therefore only worthy of trade wages.

This is why they've shortened the degree itself along with the campus contact hours. 2 days only required. The rest is independent learning and work experience.
They've also lowered the TER, so this generation of nurses won't be as they once were back in the 2000s when you had to have a TER of 80+. 75 in some rubbish regional universities.
This is a serious concern as nurses often pick up drug errors and mistakes doctors make, especially in Emergency Departments where doctors work long hours without taking breaks.

Our government is entering very dangerous territory here, this pair should be de-registred, by the NRB, however because they're "minorities" "were upset about war in middle east" they'll be tenderly rehabilitated, required to complete an online remedial professional development unit or two, receive some tax- payer funded online counselling and psychological assessments too, and we'll hear no more about it.

HOWEVER ..

If they had been Anglo/white/Christian- Jewish Australians, who said they'd murder, cut the throats of innocent Muslims or non Christian/Jewish patients in their care on account of them simply not being Christians/Jews, our government would make an example of them, they would go back through their employment histories, patients who had died in their care etc etc , launching a task force, a full investigation into both their employment history's . They would be immediately stripped of their nursing registrations and this would be made very public. We've seen nurses and teachers stripped of their registrations for less.

This is equality in a double-standard WOKE Australia, and yes, it's blatant hypocrisy!

This Albanese government is at war with it's own nation.
It won't be long before a shrinking "non-minority" middle-class Australia revolts, hence Albanese's trying to appease them in the next federal budget with an insulting $150 electricity voucher.

The best way to object is to vote Liberal, then unwind the damage this governments done as fast as we can.

Albanese has turned secure and essential allies ( The EU & US) into undependable associates.

Sharks are circling because they know we are sitting ducks, incapable of defending our vast nation's shores and assets from illegal immigrants, foreign opportunists/ investors and even possible future warfare.


Liberal isn't perfect, but it doesn't see it's own citizens as unlawful invaders at least.

Labor has done everything it can to condone hatred and divisiveness within Australia.

The Liberal MP who just spoke live on Sky news, Andrew something or other really shouldn't be engaging with the media. He was absolutely hopeless. This was a win for ALP.
Honestly, my 12 year old could have done better, she's president of her schools SRC and delivered a logical, flowing, emphatic speech recently that left Andrews for dead.

Liberal needs to convince Australians they're more competent than Labor, not struggling with explaining to Australians how they will do a better job.

The problem is, rather than recruiting genuine talent, Liberal has a reputation for recruiting those who are of the political or of a certain social class.

Both parties do it, ALP recruits criminals and union thugs, whereas Liberals recruit members of a certain social class, who employ their sons, nephews, nieces etc.

If we genuinly want to be better, we need to be recruiting the very best and brightest minds. Not just those who were fortunate enough to be born into the right circles.
Liberals need to work on their reputation for caring for business and privatisation only.
Their snobbery. Especially during a cost of living crisis whereby most Australians cannot relate with Liberals privileged candidates.

Both parties need to start listening to Australians, they've tuned out, and are hyper- focused on fixing problems and purchasing votes in key- electorates...I know, but unless they can connect and relate with a majority of voters, both parties will struggle to form a majority government capable of doing better than it's predecessors.

We need a One Australia Agenda/ policy, whereby regardless of whether you're Indigenous or of 3rd generation Portuguese ancestory, we all need to move together as one.


This agenda needs to be developed and agreed to by our entire parliament working together towards safeguarding Australia's future.

We need independent council oversight of both party's legislation, to ensure corruption is monitored, and legislation is in our national interest.

Sorry, but both Labor and Liberal have not always operated in the best interests of All Australians, and it's time an independent watchdog was appointed to oversea their proceedings.
