How can the Coroner refuse to allow Jubelin to give evidence at the inquest into the disappearance
of William Tyrrell.
He was in charge of the entire investigation up to a point.
I would have thought he would be one of the first persons called....

Yes, the poor little kid. They say that when a child disappears (as in taken by someone, not just wandered off) if they don't locate them within THREE hours, that poor little child is dead!
