Yes, Carly would certainly rate a chapter or two in the book of PA's history.

But......and I theeenk it was cynik who raised this once before......

Who owns what is posted on a Forum like this one? 'A Cabies Day" is a tad different because I have specifically claimed copyright.

But, for example.......... I posted my version of some of our history up there ^^^^^, and as time goes by, I'll keep adding to it.....(maybe not, if it can be liberally stolen.)

Now, what I, (and others) have posted at this place, is there, word for word at DT's joint, in his version of a PA history thread. A puppet of his, imperial, asked a question about PA history, and now what we posted here on the topic has been plagiarised and bunged up on DT's Forum/History thread.

My own view is this.......if I want my material posted at DT's Forum, I'll do it myself, and if another wishes to post my original stuff elsewhere, I'd be obliged if they asked my permission first.

You own creative works that you authored yourself. People are allowed to copy for 'fair use' including quoting you, but they aren't allowed to copy large segments. I'm not sure whether a historical account would count as a creative work. If you have made a story out of it, rather than just a list of dates and events, I think it would. A cabbies day would definitely be covered by copyright and would belong to Ausie. Most posts on forums would not.

See my opinion would be Free D that A cabbies day would definitely be covered by copyright and would belong to Ausie. Most posts on forums would not.
