Doing anything interesting over Easter?
Four days off, any plans?
Me, Friday leave for Kalangadoo--Red Gum capital of Australia--to stay with a niece. Sat & Sun morning get to Mt Gambier and put dog through the CCD ring. Fairly confident Demi will do well in both trials when she will have the title CCD, Community Companion Dog. Very likely a visit to nearby Coonawarra classic wine area, perhaps to Robe for a nice cray. One day just quiet, nice long walk, relax away from phones, customers and computers.
Would like to go from there to Mornington Peninsula and St Kilda or to Mildura, will see.

Yes very possibly doing a trip to the Nullabor to see some of the caves. I'm not entirely sure yet but with one cave being called "Dissappointment Cave"..well I just have to go and take a look.
Re: Doing anything interesting over Easter?
They are supposed to be quite fantastic caves there! A dingo found in one was dated to 70,000 years ago.

We both know when you are gazing at those stalactites you will be thinking of me.
Re: Doing anything interesting over Easter?
The stalactites of Disappointment cave will remind AG of you? Oh Froges, could have phrased that better!
Esp as stalactites hang down straight from the ceiling of the cave like a dreadful case of brewers droop!
They will probably remind AG of Jubial Dickhead as the stalactites in that cave are very very small, not called Disappointment Cave for nothing!
Generally (and I DO have a BSc in geology you know!) stalactites are fairy-like, thin, long, long enough in fact to go all the way through the digestive system & tickle the tonsils from the back!
Stalagmites OTOH are shorter and much much thicker!
hahahahahahahaha
