Re: COVID Vaccine
I have a generic vaccine question. Do vaccines typically give you protection beyond what the natural antibodies produced after having recovered from the disease provide? In other words, if my antibodies will protect me for 6 months (as an example), will most vaccines protect you any longer.
I'm trying to decide if I will take the vaccine when it becomes available to me. I won't accept it on the first wave if offered to me as an essential employee. I'm eagerly waiting on my antibody test results. It has been 4 months since I recovered during my family's quarantine.

It will be interesting to see what your antibody test shows.

Re: COVID Vaccine
What will they do to make it virtually impossible to protect ourselves from the early failures of their vaccine. The cure will probably be worse than letting the virus run its course. What happened to herd immunity, has the herd failed to socialize enough due to social distancing?
Taxpayers are the modern equivalent of Hebrew slaves building the pyramids for the Egyptian political class.

I think the scientists will cover everything tex.....there will always be one or two with an unusual reaction....if the vaccine helps in any way then I think its our duty to use it..a lot of people are dying after contacting covids this isnt right at all....if they said washing in Dettol is the answer then so be it.......at least unless we want to die out eventually then its an obligation....good luck with your health tex .. you are now creating world records with infections as well as deaths.........not a good record to have.Texan wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:10 amI have a generic vaccine question. Re: COVID Vaccine
Maybe so, but a vaccine was no guarantee and we can't shut the whole world down for every disease. China, who doesn't care about it's people will end up owning the world while the rest of the world is locked down. We still don't have an AIDS vaccine. Somebody has to stay open to feed people and pay for the vaccine research. I don't trust the WHO to do it within my lifetime. It all boils down to individual freedom and responsibility. If you are that worried about it, stay home. If you want to take the vaccine, take it with my blessing. I won't trust it until it's been distributed for a couple of months with no ill effects. If my antibody test comes back positive, any benefit from a vaccine will be minimal. And even if it is negative, it could be that my antibodies died off, but my T-cells are still standing by to make more antibodies. I'd rather it be positive and I'll know for sure.cods wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 7:22 amI think the scientists will cover everything tex.....there will always be one or two with an unusual reaction....if the vaccine helps in any way then I think its our duty to use it..a lot of people are dying after contacting covids this isnt right at all....if they said washing in Dettol is the answer then so be it.......at least unless we want to die out eventually then its an obligation....good luck with your health tex .. you are now creating world records with infections as well as deaths.........not a good record to have.Texan wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:10 amI have a generic vaccine question. My youngest brought covid home from his part time job with our neighbor, but we have managed to shield our elderly parents from exposure and didn't give anybody the disease. I know many aren't as responsible, but that isn't my problem and I like my freedom. I have 2 friends from my church with the disease right now. I plan to smoke some meat and prepare them meals for this weekend. Both of these families brought us meals during our quarantine and I am returning the favor. Our church has canceled in person services for 2 weeks to protect ourselves from being a superspreader place amongst our elderly.
One of our members is an epidemiologist and we rely heavily on his advice for preventing the spread of covid. He is actually Australian. He works for one of the big pharmaceutical companies and travels all over the US to multiple facilities within the company every week. Like most Aussies, he is opinionated, quick to speak his mind, and has a very sharp sense of humor. I like the honesty, even if we didn't have very similar political opinions.

Re: COVID Vaccine
my thoughts are China is also losing as many if not more than America it just keeps quiet about it and the WHO makes no demands of them..
I just dont believe they are any better off than the rest of the world...so will they take over the world... well I wouldnt count on it....
the rest of the world is waking up to them their help and money always comes with conditions that favor them...
your family does the right thing tex and well done to you sadly I would think you are in a minority over there judging by the results of the contaminations alone.

Re: COVID Vaccine
My behavior was good when we had the disease, but I often flout the mask mandates and only wear it when a business owner insists that I wear a mask, which isn't often. I rarely wear a mask now, except when I am working. I like my job. I figure that for a while I have immunity and it does nobody any good to wear a mask to stop the spread of a disease that I can't get. I still wash my hands because I can spread the germs of others with my hands.cods wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 10:57 ammy thoughts are China is also losing as many if not more than America it just keeps quiet about it and the WHO makes no demands of them..

The people are much more worse off in china than most places, but their government doesn't care and they don't let it slow down their goals for world economic dominance. They hide their illnesses with censorship and deception.

I still think it's better for you to have the vaccine as
it will act like a booster.
Remember some people have had Covid-19 twice!

More here ... https://healthandmoneynews.wordpress.co ... ilization/Head of Pfizer Research: Covid Vaccine is Female Sterilization
The vaccine contains a spike protein (see image) called syncytin-1, vital for the formation of human placenta in women. If the vaccine works so that we form an immune response AGAINST the spike protein, we are also training the female body to attack syncytin-1, which could lead to infertility in women of an unspecified duration.
Dr. Wodarg and Dr. Yeadon request a stop of all corona vaccination studies and call for co-signing the petition
2020NEWS
On December 1, 2020, the ex-Pfizer head of respiratory research Dr. Michael Yeadon and the lung specialist and former head of the public health department Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg filed an application with the EMA, the European Medicine Agency responsible for EU-wide drug approval, for the immediate suspension of all SARS CoV 2 vaccine studies, in particular the BioNtech/Pfizer study on BNT162b (EudraCT number 2020-002641-42).
Dr. Wodarg and Dr. Yeadon demand that the studies – for the protection of the life and health of the volunteers – should not be continued until a study design is available that is suitable to address the significant safety concerns expressed by an increasing number of renowned scientists against the vaccine and the study design.
