I was naive enough to think that a total travel ban meant exactly that. A TOTAL BAN!

Until I saw that debacle at Sydney airport yesterday. :WTF
I think the travel ban is for foreigners it doesn't apply to aussies returning home.

Saw a few being interviewed on news they looked and sounded like aussies, some of them had a whinge at being put up in the Hilton and intercontinental hotels.

I worry about the hotel rooms being infected with Covid-19.

How the hell can such a hotel room be cleaned?
A new guest would have freshly washed pillow slips etc but what about the pillows themselves?

I bet the hotels won't tell any new guest that it previously had a Covid-19 patient in it.

I hope I have this right but I understand the ones quarantined in WA as an example that come from QLD will have to go into a second two weeks quarantine when they reach QLD

Similar in other states with closed borders

They've had ample time to return home already if you ask me.

Yes. On the nightly Channel 7 virus show they interviewed a lady at one of the hotels and she said there was a kerfuffle with the police because some guy on her floor kept trying to escape lol

Then they interviewed a few whingeing cruise ship detainees. I know they are being held up and it must be frustrating but it's for good reason and I wish they would stop their whingeing. The release of cruise ship passengers has made matters exponentially worse so they are just going to have to grin and bear it.

I recon scomo is planning for a complete lockdown over Easter.

Either the week before or the week after.

A total and complete lockdown for 7 to 10 days.

It would have the least impact on business, as most will shut down over Easter anyway.

We shall see
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

That is my understanding, yes.

So a quick trip to NSW will take a month

Leave it empty for a week.
The virus will be dead by then.
