Not that it qualifies or discount Aussie's integrity, or lack of, but JM is caught out constantly.
then he can't be put in a position of trust.
He's about as trustworthy as a fake charity collector addicted to poker machines.
He's the sort of character who says things, then 5 minutes later denies saying it.
So with the 'precious' controls he could pick a fight and then re-edit threads to give himself victim status, for his psychotic indignation rants. Which we all know he would do.
Aussie wrote: Monk has made a false statement. What he said on his Site is incorrect. That in itself does not disqualify him from being in the running. I would like to hear from him here about why he made that silly remark on his site. I have seen lots of stupid, completely wrong posts made in the last week or so.....Hi Mantra........but one moment of stupidity does not take Monk out of the running.

That he made the comment is probably something he regrets, and he has the opportunity to explain the brain snap.
Why the phuk bother? You know, I know, we all know, even JM himself knows, if he becomes Mod, we will have nothing but trouble, and virtually everyone will vote with their feet via abandonment en masse.
Who gives a rat's arse what he said? ... he babbles bullshit constantly, and the only thing he can be trusted to do is constantly bullshit.

Monk, it's our resident troll and clone .. what more would you expect from IT?

IT is MORE than just thick .. IT is seriously mentally ill.
I've been mentioning that for a while now.

This is another reason to disqualify you as a Moderator, because you are not moderate.
You pick fights, get head kicked and play victim.
A Mod is supposed to stop petty disputes dominating the forum, and bugger all alse.
Your constant demands for new rules (to ban things you constatly indulge in) and lobbying for Mod position, which you then claim you don't want (many times) is clear evidence you are too inadequate for genuine debate, so seek to censor anything that dents your fragile ego, because your only consistencies are dishonesty and tantrums when your dishonesty is challenged or exposed.

Monk and Skippy and IQ and Outlaw Yogi have been put forward for consideration.

All 4 can be given a term of 3 months to cover the 12 month period.

Done???

Yes???
No.
Whoever put my name in, is taking way too much for granted.
I do not want nor am in a position to take on any responsibilities.
I'm 90km from home on a borrowed computer, and am not computer savvy enough to deal with technical issues, so would be incompetent, even if I wanted to do it.

I cannot commit to a task I may not be around to do.
If I go bush in the next few days, as intended, I might not return for weeks.
But when I do, if JM is Mod, I'll probably just leave in disgust.

Hey Yogi .. I guess you were lucky enough to miss all the "action" here tonight.

As you can see .. I was trying to get the topic back on track by listing the names of those who were being put forward for consideration. It's impt that those members whose names have been thrown in the hat .. also have an opportunity to respond by indicating whether or not they are able to or indeed wish to take on the responsibility of modding.

It seems you are unable to from what I've just read.
I would rather die than sell my heart and soul to an online forum Anti Christ like you Monk

Another PM:

If you don’t let me and the board down I reckon it is going to be a good year—but listen this time!
Depends how he has worked the count. If I have done it the way it should be done, I squeak in by one vote after the distribution of the second preferences of SN, IQ and Swami.

What relevance does that have?

Other than to show the amount of badgering you were doing to try to get Aussie to agree to implement all of your wonderful suggestions... you know, the ones that didn't attract anyone to migrate to your shithole farce of a forum.

Poor boxy.

If there was any “badgering” it was done by Aussie of me for my, Lefty and Annie’s votes. I have already said he asked me twice to speak to Annie even tho I made it clear that Annie was in no state to be bothered with his bullshit.

My “shithole farce of a Forum” has nevertheless managed to move right up in the Google rankings. King Paul is a new member who joined without being asked by anyone or coming via OzPol.

Mantra would be my choice too. I know she isn't all that happy ATM so in the interest of showing her everything is above board who better would there be.

A special mention for NOIQ, its funny to see how afraid he is of me, I love it.
