IF you could meet anyone from OzPol for coffee

Post by lisa jones » Thu Mar 14, 2024 11:16 pm

WHO would it be and WHY?

I'll go first.

WHO? I'd love to meet up with Frank, Jasin and Gordon.

WHY? Those 3 ids know why.

No I don't Lisa.
Why would you want to meet up with the likes of me?

I'm flattered that you think me a wordsmith.
But my vocabulary is basic. Hell, I had to learn the word 'Choad' from Hammer a few years back.
Other than this - could you clarify what I should be thinking about?

Don't "Well Lisa?" me.

You haven't bothered answering MY question in the topic next door. Why should I answer YOUR question here?

I think you're a bit of a wordsmith too.
Bob Carr is a well known 'typical' wordsmith.
I don't think I'm up there with the likes of people like him.
I deliver my words 'simply' as far as I can see.
I am flattered, but I have to disagree.
Wordsmiths are those who use a very wide range of vocabulary like words that are not normally used.
Still, I'll respect your current understanding.

I have now seen your 'next door' topic question and have answered it.
Do continue.
