Did you read the article BO?
This is a workplace conduct matter, not a sexual harassment case. Lol
Someone from that office is a troublemaker and will be outed for sure.

hi mellie..... did you read the opening line in the op..
THE state’s top prosecutor has ordered his lawyers in Newcastle to complete a
sexual harassment course
this wasnt meant to be about is it or isnt it sexual harassment its about TOP LEGALS needing to do a course on a subject they should know inside out..
it says in the article someone else made the complaint...... so we know it wasnt the "victim"
lets not forget give some an inch they will take a mile...... another male at the party could have seen what she did and taken it as an open invitation to touch her.........
but my problem is with legals who should know that any form of touching is out 100% friend or not....and to tweak someone ... in a sexual manner
not acceptable... I agree with the comments on how this would have been dealt with if the male in question had tweaked her boob....in PUBLIC....
not many men would complain about that happening to them........in which case what would this women have tweaked next had it been ignored...
I am just gobsmacked its the dept of the DPP..
