My Good Friday meal:

Salmon, Tabouleh and Quinoa salad -
salmon - skin on - rolled in flour and fried in olive oil. yummy. :)

Would that have been good enough for any of you?

Looks good and tastes even better.
I know because we had it last night, except instead of flour I used turbo brine and buckwheat instead of quinoa.

I had chicken soup with (part of) a fresh tiger loaf. I think I'll stick with that lol.

Last night we had curried sausages, tonight we'll have curly tail lamb chops served on mushy minted peas and turbo- oven roast baby potatoes- Need to use them up.

I miss cooking the more complex mature things I used to, as my child is very fussy and places her order before school 😆
