the tree falling over was the "ta daa!" moment

Don't you helium heads realise what you've just seen?

The car completely demolishes the bag she was carrying, basically turns it into a gaping maw with a hand strap.

A4 contents strewn in front of her.

....Yet the car completely misses her.

This is one instance where I can forgive a witness for not "rushing to help." That chick was contemplating her death just then. That is as close as it gets. She met the fricken Grim Reaper.... but then he suddenly realised he had to be at the gym in 26 minutes.

I also sensed she was contemplating how farking unbelievably lucky she was, so much so that she started contemplating whether she had imagined what had just happened. I also noticed a pinch of contemplating of the type: "Look at me farking bag, willya? Awww, and my freaken notes are scattered all over the dirty sludgy snow. Just great."

I wouldn't be surprised if that car missed her pelvis by less than an inch.

Amazing video.

If nobody watched it, would the tree make a sound?

Not long ago I saw a segment on a TV comedy sketch show titled:

The Gardiner Who Was Scared of Trees.

The title already had me laughing out loud, and the sketch itself made me laugh even more.

It involved lots of screaming.

FWIW it was an Aussie TV show. The entire cast was very young – they might have even been school year-12 aged. They were a really talented, happy, good-looking bunch of kids from what little I saw, and the package as a whole had a very professional feel about it. But I only caught one episode and I've never seen a trace of it since.

Oh, and you can fuck me dead if I'm lying, I didn't notice one ounce of smarmy left wing humour.

Comedians. Young people. Australia's future. Avoiding the low hanging fruit of taking cheap shots at white men or Christians or our refugee policy and calling it humour? Unbelievable. It really stuck me. There's hope for us yet.

Am sure this woman took a new turn in life at that moment. If not, life is wasted on her.

Sounds rather presumptuous.

Possibly. But there are many who would like to have the second chance at life this woman was given.
