She Wants Him to Pay for Everything

Friend of mine was telling me about a woman he is dating. She has a good income and owns a house (so does he) but recently she told him that she thinks a man should pay for everything. In fact, the subject came up as they were discussing going off together somewhere for a holiday. This is a guy who doesn't mind paying for some things but doesn't think he should have to pay for everything. I told him the woman's perspective is outdated and he should consider it a red flag. Anyone?

Run away is the solution. (in the longer term)

If you have to pay for everything I would expect there would be a clear expectation on what the money is being spent for.

He should do what he feels is right but do not marry it or have any relationship that involves a monetary union of any type.

Definite red flag. He should walk away. Her attitude sounds controlling, needy and grasping. She doesn't post here does she? :rofl
