Preparations for an early election?

Post by mellie » Sat Sep 06, 2025 6:14 am

I have a feeling Labors on the brink of death.

What are some of the things that will need to occur technically speaking even though it's clear, we've all seen it before, the part whereby Labor decides for whatever reason to turn upon itself and commit the old Kirribilli handshake manover, as we've seen with the ghosts of Labors past.

Will it be different this time, will they switch leaders agreeably minus the knife in the back, and keep bribing the Greens quietly executing their strategy of boats for votes to get to the next election, only to lose catastrophically anyway?

I wonder if FOI laws have changed recently too, because there appears to be a media blackout concerning crime and sentencing information, particularly when it pertains to certain demographics.

Driver who killed 11yo Jack Davey and crushed 3 other kids in Melbourne got a $2k fine, no jail.
Ballarat bus driver who drove his bus under a Melbourne bridge was was initially sentenced to five years and three months imprisonment, with a minimum of two-and-a-half years.
His sentence was later reduced on appeal to a two-year community corrections order, and he was released after serving ten months.
Samantha Murphy was who advocated for him and assisted with this poor wretches legals. He was trully sorry, hasn't driven a bus since, and he didn't require a court to force his hand. He just did it, hence Ballarat got behind him, even the parents of the kids who were on the bus.

Did he have police deliver him groceries?

Jack Daveys parents are absolutely gutted, and to put this in perspective, being caught on your phone while driving = $1600

The country is an absolute mess.

ALP are wilfully pitting groups of Australians off against the other, and are refusing to address the underlying reason.
Liberals are too scared to offend voters too, meanwhile the anger, contempt and blatant lawlessness within our communities is at levels we've never seen before in Australia.
This is causing extremist radicalised behaviours from both ends of the political spectrum across all racial groups.

No time to fight crime and serve the community, but plenty of time to fetch groceries for a woman who in anger lost control of her vehicle and killed a child.

She even had the audacity to claim that the incident occurred because after a meeting with the schools principal just before the tragedy, she was traumatised.

I'll bet she claims victims compensation because the schools principal upset her enough to drive " carelessly "

Good to see misogyny is still alive and well within Vic police, whereby two female officers fetched groceries for the entitled cow.

👏 This is the extent of the mess Victoria has itself in especially.
They'll probably place food hampers and a few beers across Mount Buffalo for Desy Freeman too.
