Just imagine if she had been smart enough to accept Jones' apology, even if she had believed it was insincere - who would look the bigger person in the end? Instead she's allowed this hate campaign to fester because she's turned her back on the issue.

Not at all. I have made posts about that precise point (probably not here because the loonies are running riot) many times. Labor's best chance of winning is if Abbott leads the Coalition into the next election. In fact, in my humble opinion, supported by the rise the ALP/GIllard is enjoying in the Polls, Abbott and Jones are done and dusted. If I was totally selfish, I'd urge the Libs. to keep Abbott and their close relationship with Jones.

If I wanted a better Australia, I'd urge the Libs. to put Turnbull at the head, and completely destroy Jones.

I want a better Australia. I reckon the entire Country is fed up with the fear, hate and negativity being fed into our lives by Abbott and Jones.

Labor's best chance of winning is if Abbott leads the Coalition into the next election. In fact, in my humble opinion, supported by the rise the ALP/GIllard is enjoying in the Polls, Abbott and Jones are done and dusted. If I was totally selfish, I'd urge the Libs. to keep Abbott and their close relationship with Jones.

Several things Aussie.
1/ Jones is not national and not that many people listen to him Australia wide.
2/ He is not a member of the Liberal Party.
3/ He has his own agenda.
4/ Abbott and Gillard are disliked a similar amount.
5/ The 2 party preferred poll is the only important one and it will only be useful closer to the election.
6/ Turnbull in charge will see the Liberals languishing in the polls again, which is why Labor favours him.
7/ Turnbull is not hugely popular with most Conservatives.
8/ Abbott and Jones are not in partnership.
9/ ALP/Gillard are not rising in the Polls.
