Every day we have a hot day, it'll be climate change... every bush fire, climate change, every flood, climate change, the next drought will be climate change, every piece of weather climate change, every new record climate change...

The report begins with the recognition that the annual mean global air temperature fluctuates from year to year, even though it has been climbing overall since the industrial revolution began. If the world does nothing new, then the temperature by 2047 will exceed even the highest annual temperature from 1860 to 2005. If the world aggressively cuts back on emissions, then the date at which the temperature fully departs from modern history will be delayed until 2069.

Do you honestly think this report based on modelling is true?
Do you honestly think that ruining people's lives and industry through taxation is worth a 20 year reprieve?
How big a reprieve will it be 1degree 2 degrees?
Do you honestly think the gain is worth the pain?
There's more chance of a new technology being found and adopted globally if you don't restrict and destroy industries.

The issue of climate change has become so political that it has now ceased to be an environmental issue. I avoid the IPCC and all the media bullshit because there are too many hidden agendas. Open your mind and learn the real story - start by reading Tim Flannery's "The Weather Makers" and Bob Carter's "Climate: The Counter Consensus". Learn both sides of the argument. At least you'll know what the science is saying, as opposed to the politics.

Look, it's really simple OK.

For 100,000 or so the Earth got colder and colder year by year. We know this time frame as the last ice age.
There have been numerous ice ages.

21,000 years ago it stopped getting colder. For 3000 years temps remained static. Then 18,000 years ago the earth began to warm, and has continued to do so ever since at a very slow pace. But it was enough to cause 3 global floods ; 17,000 years ago, 14,000 years ago, and then again 11,600 years ago. You may know the last one as Noah's flood or King Gilgamesh's deluge.

So anyone disputing the fact of global warming is just plain ignorance, pure and simple.

In recent decades the speed of increased warming has hastened. As proven by instrumental records.

So the debate is not about the existence or not of global warming, but what it the major contributing factor/s

Some said the sun, the turned out to be wromg. Some say underwater volcanoes, that remains a possibility.
Some say CO2, as yet unproven, but the geological record shows a direct connection between GW and CO2, in that one causes the other. Either CO2 caused GW, or GW causes increased levels of CO2.

Personally, in with regards to GHGs I'd be paying more attention to CH4 and NO2 ... and investigating what impacts Precession of the Equinoxes has impacted climate alterations in the past.

So you have to wonder how we'd react to a temperature 93.2 degrees Celsius below zero.

That's the coldest temperature ever recorded, and it happened in August of 2010. If hell is real, we're willing to bet it finally froze over in that moment.

No, Noah's flood was a delusion. Rising sea levels are not "global floods" by any means. Also, the dates are completely wrong for post-ice age sea level rise eleven millenia ago to coincide with King Gilgamesh, since his reign over Uruk happened around 2500BC.

Wait, what? The Planet Venus is conclusive proof that 1. CO2 is a powerful GHG, 2. CO2 is the direct cause of the runaway global warming on Venus. The CO2 is released through vulcanism on Venus, which happens independantly of atmospheric conditions. Same thing here on Earth, where prior to modern industry, the primary source of atmospheric CO2 is vulcanism.

Personally, in with regards to GHGs I'd be paying more attention to CH4 and NO2 ... and investigating what impacts Precession of the Equinoxes has impacted climate alterations in the past.

Neither CH4 or NO2 or even SO2 are produced in anywhere near the amounts that CO2 is produced by natural or man-made sources.

Not sure what the point of this is, Rorsh. Turns out Antarctica is fucking cold, especially in the middle of winter? Or are you trying to say that a local area temp on the coldest continent on our planet is some how a refutation of global warming? What's your point here?

If global warming bedwetters are allowed to use weather conditions to highlight global warming alarmism, then its fair play to point out that in a world that is supposed to be on a global temperature rise catastrophe, the coldest temp ever recorded has just occurred.
