Are they on the money and over time they become the standard and predictability improves as they are the new bases for the next generation of models and assumptions.

Sciences has a feedback loop that tests, validates, invalidates and improves a model or theory. There are just models and theories plus proofs and evidence.

3% for a chaotic system like this is probably pretty good if you think about it.

However... basing a major economic strategy and impact on these 97% to green the world maybe a step to far.

You do understand that one of the IPCC's primary duties is to scientifically assess the effects of AGW? Kind of difficult to do that without a lot of scientists. As luck would have it, the IPCC employ a lot of scientists across multiple disiplines.

Normal weather to me AiA.... Australia, the most arid populated country on the planet.
Used to high temps, air-con has made people here soft. Used to be 42 and above when I was a kid going to school, we didn't even have fans.
Climate is still the same.
