The UN knows what happened to 370... but they are yet to give the order to any UN nation to disclose the truth.

Perhaps they never will.

Perhaps those who appreciate a global nanny state are ok with this.

Abbott is using the hunt for 370 as a distraction from his treatment of refugees and is hoping to get some kudos from the search to deflect attention from his refugee policy as well as many unpopular neocon policies his government is currently implementing.
