It's a BMW R75.

Here's something interesting. During the war the Russians stole plans for the R75 and produced a similar model, then when they over-ran the factory where they were made, they basically dismantled the factory and sent it back home and made identical copies of them until the fall of the iron curtain.

When I lived in Viet there were loads of them around. Good fun to ride. I have photo of me on one which my grand kids may eventually discover.
