I've already answered your silly questions - as I've already said, you are just playing games with cherry picked hand full of questions when the Truth is far more complex and wide ranging new laws which will take into effect now (maybe, if Mexico doesn't tank) but more will come into light down the track with employment and trade numbers.
to be honest - I couldn't care less about who pays for the wall - it makes economic sense for America to pay for it as it only costs 1/10th of 1 Percent of the budget and could/will save them that much 30 times over in the first year.
