Don't know why you would bother with that when Hydroponics using NFT is pretty much the same without the fancy pyramid.

The pyramid is a gimmick the plants will get less overall sun (rises east sets west) resulting in slower growth and if using grow lights not as efficient.

Even looks like far more hassle than a good hydroponic setup in keeping it working.
