Advice received is that to claim JK, every employer and employee have to sign a form which can be lodged
on or after 20th April, 2020.
If he does not claim JK, he can still cut wages, but workplace agreement could be classified as null
and void as could be construed as being signed under duress.
Advice is to wait until salary arrives in May to ascertain if paid JK or not.
Amazing how advice from one ATO employee differs to another...
The situation is still a mess and the workplace wont be the same again...
